Retreat

Strengthening one's sense of inner well-being is the purpose of the Manse Retreat. We limit the number of people who can take part in our weight reduction retreat to a maximum of two people, or four individuals if they are a couple.

 

Together, we have over fifty years of expertise and knowledge in the field of assisting and encouraging individuals to think that anything is possible with the right mindset and desire.

 

We are a husband-and-wife team in our mid-fifties, and we have been working in this sector for almost half of our lives. Because of this, we are a team that is truly remarkable and one of a kind.

 

A one-of-a-kind experience is waiting for each individual who attends the retreat. In contrast to other kinds of large vacations, you are not just a set of numbers. A military-style boot camp retreat is not what we provide here. We also promise not to yell at you or force you to roll around in mud.


There is a definite rationale for everything that we do, and that is to guarantee that you will depart with the greatest possible results.

Offer

Five day retreat

In order to help you lose weight and keep it off, we have put together a five-day retreat that includes food, accommodation, and coaching.

Exercising

We are aware that you will not be interested in running a 10K marathon. Weight-bearing exercises, spin cycling, walking, and other fundamental movements are among the workouts that we conduct.
